How can I contact EPISTAR?

Where do you ship from?
We ship from the United Kingdom
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, we ask that you request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied but your order can of course be returned for a full refund after it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
We endeavour to process all orders within 1 business day. So a Saturday order will be processed by Monday, all other orders will be ready by the next day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For UK orders, once processed you should receive your items within 2 business days as standard. A next day delivery option is also available.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The majority of our shipping options come with tracking as standard.
You will receiving a tracking number once your item has been processed.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 14 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
What is my returns policy?
All products come with a 1 year guarantee. If a product part breaks or wears away, we will replace it for you free of charge or offer a full refund.
Should you wish to return your product for any other reason, you have a 28 day window from the date of purchase.
